Once you place an order and complete payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes acceptance of your order and forms a legally binding contract between you and us.

A separate dispatch confirmation will be sent once your Items have been shipped.

All Items are subject to availability. If an Item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a refund where payment has already been taken.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases where:

  • an Item is out of stock
  • payment authorisation fails
  • pricing or product information errors occur
  • fraudulent activity is suspected

If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund including any delivery charges paid.

5. Products

Images of Items on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display colours accurately, actual colours may vary depending on your device.

All sizes and measurements are approximate. Please refer to our Size Guide for additional information.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Site at any time without prior notice. This includes pricing, descriptions, promotions, and availability.

All Items are sold for personal, domestic use only. If you wish to purchase Items for business or commercial use, please contact us before placing an order.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Site include applicable taxes where required by law.

Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Delivery and return costs are not included in the Item price and are displayed during checkout.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods made available through our payment provider.

All payments must be completed in full before Items are dispatched. Items remain our property until payment has been received in full.

We may carry out identity and fraud-prevention checks where necessary.

7. Delivery

Delivery options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control, including high order volume, customs processes, transport delays, or force majeure events.

Orders are not dispatched on Swiss public holidays.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country of residence are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible Items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags are attached
  • Items are returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the Item is faulty or incorrect and approved by our customer service team.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method and exclude delivery and return shipping costs.

Certain Items, including underwear, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased on the Site:

  • cannot be exchanged for cash
  • are non-refundable
  • may not be resold
  • expire 12 months after last use

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

10. Liability

Our Items are provided for personal use only. We are not liable for business losses, loss of profits, or indirect damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
