If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days from the date you received your order.
All returned items must be:
- in their original condition
- in the original packaging
- with all swing tags still attached
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in a resaleable condition may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Return Shipping
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Shine Fierce.
In the event that an item is faulty or incorrect, the return must first be approved by our Customer Service team.

How to return
If you would like to organise a return, please follow the steps below carefully.
Return Instructions
Repack your items
Ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging, with swing tags still attached, and in a saleable condition. Items showing signs of wear or damage may be rejected.

Return approval
Once your return has been reviewed and approved, you may proceed with shipping your parcel. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect and has been approved by our team.

Proof of postage
Please ensure you keep proof of postage for your return. Shine Fierce cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit without valid tracking or proof of shipment.
Return confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your returned item has been received and processed by our fulfilment partner.
Important Notes
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are processed after the returned items have been inspected and approved.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed
If we have issued a refund, please allow 3-5 working days for the payment to appear on your statement.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
What if my item is faulty
If you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and photographic evidence. Please do not return any faulty items to Hoodrich unless you have been advised to do so by customer service .
